Can Payza internet scams go unpunished?

The question on everybody’s lips is “how can the Payza internet scams continue in the wake of their murky past”? Anyone who needs information about the Patel brothers only needs use Google to find out about the trail of deceit left behind them on both sides of The Atlantic. Firoz Patel, Ferhan Patel, Alertpay, Payza, MH Pillars will all direct you to their shady past. You will see their involvement in criminal investigations, fraud, lies and theft. The fraud accusations were lodged against them after an investigation carried out by the US Secret Service. This directly led to the freezing of all US held accounts for two years.

Alertpay/Payza are two of the names used to provide payment processing facilities to the international community. They claim to offer their services to over 190 countries throughout the world. However, it’s worth noting that the USA and the UK are not amongst them. They continue to operate due to the total lack of a single governing body that controls the international movement of money. One such body does not exist! It is through this loophole that the Payza internet scams operate and make full use of. Confusion abounds when financial transactions are carried out by two countries who have differing ideas as to what is permissible and what is not. Tracking down these fraudsters over international borders is never an easy task. It took the US Secret Service almost three years before they were in a position to challenge them. By which time, they had started operations in another country under another name and the Payza internet scams continue.

They often change the name of the company, the CEO or Director to add to the confusion. Whilst trading in the USA, their company was called Alertpay, but when the Secret Service began their investigations, Firoz Patel used one of his UK based companies to take over Alertpay and immediately changed its name to Payza. This was completed under the umbrella of MH Pillars of which Patel was the sole shareholder.  Following this reverse takeover it remains unclear as to who owns what. Hence the deception continues.

The Payza internet scams continue through declaring themselves experts in online fraud detection. They should know all about this as they have been involved in two of the biggest recorded frauds in recent history both of which involved the theft of approximately $1,000,000 US. Through these claims, they are in effect diverting attention from their own murky pasts.

They are now moving their operations into the emerging markets of Asia; India, Pakistan and Bangladesh whose banking regulations are practically non-existent or are controlled by corrupt officials. These brothers are looking to exploit the less educated and growing wealth of these developing countries. They will soon have access to millions of new victims.

They will rely on the fact that these countries may well be unaware of their previous scandals and will continue with their Payza internet scams for as long as possible.
